It is a sign that your awareness and your internal organs of perception have captured an original thought! The original thought is one of pure insight into reality just as it is. Once the insight hits the photon field of your body, your body can find a wonderful use for your epiphany. This is creative insight.

As we operate the controls of our minds, we tend to stop breathing in the more comfortable pattern of life force energy that our body enjoys.
